Dov Rosenmann

Dov Rosenmann is an experienced professional in the fields of environmental sciences and organizational leadership, currently serving as Head of Country at Earthworm Foundation since January 2019, where expertise in policy advice and fostering relationships between NGOs and companies is applied. As a Director and Cofounder of Quintessência Inteligência Organizacional since January 2014, Dov leads strategic projects and client engagement efforts. Previous roles include Country Manager at The Plastic Bank and Program Manager at ChildFund International, focusing on sustainable programs and partnerships. Dov has also held positions at Plan International and Instituto Mycenea, highlighting a strong background in project management and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master II in Environmental Sciences from Université de Caen Normandie and executive management training from Fundação Dom Cabral.
