Ismini Ethridge

Ismini Ethridge has a diverse background in environmental management and program development. Currently serving as Member Manager at Earthworm Foundation, Ismini has previously held the position of Senior Program Associate at The Forests Dialogue. Experience also includes managing agroforestry berms and research assistance at Yale Sustainable Food Program. Ismini's expertise extends to project development and strategy at Konservation, as well as roles at Yale School of the Environment, which include involvement in the Environmental Protection Clinic and acting as a Teaching Fellow for Perspectives in Environmental Leadership. Additionally, Ismini contributed as a Research Fellow for the Sri Lanka Program for Forest Conservation.
