Ralph Pura is an accomplished Technical Support Manager at EarthX, bringing extensive experience in systems engineering and administration across multiple organizations. Prior roles include System Engineer at International Litigation Services, where Ralph managed VMware hosts and storage solutions, and System Administrator at Sunshine Behavioral Health, where Ralph implemented automated tasks and improved IT response times. Previous positions include roles in help desk support and quality assurance, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and operational processes. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Irvine Valley College.
