Ben Hogue

Ben Hogue has over 15 years of work experience, with a focus on compliance, HR, safety, and human resources. Ben was most recently the Director of Compliance and HR at EASE Logistics, starting in July 2023. Before that, they worked as the Senior Safety and Compliance Manager at EASE Logistics from June 2022 to July 2023. Prior to their time at EASE Logistics, Ben held the position of Safety Manager at Rogue Fitness from May 2017 to June 2022, where they also worked as a Human Resources Generalist from January 2013 to December 2018. Ben began their career at Interstate Warehousing in June 2007 as a Human Resource / Safety Manager, and they worked there until August 2012. Ben's experience also includes a role as a Business Contractor at Macallen Chemical from August 2012 to January 2013.

Ben Hogue obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout the years, including the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2016. Ben also holds certifications in driver training, OSHA 30 Hour, HAZWOPER 40 Hour, Dale Carnegie training, emergency response, first aid/CPR/AED training, and ammonia industrial refrigeration.
