Jonathan Reist

Jonathan Reist is a strategic capacity manager at EASE Logistics, where Jonathan leads and mentors carrier development representatives to execute on all aspects of the carrier journey. Jonathan also oversees the implementation and development of the DE&I program within the network of MBE Certified Carriers. In their previous roles at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and DHL Supply Chain, Jonathan focused on transportation optimization and capacity utilization, demonstrating proficiency in fleet management and network growth. With a background in communications from The University of Findlay, Jonathan has shown expertise in leadership, coaching, and operations management throughout their career.
