Jacob Hagen has extensive experience in the healthcare and staffing industries, currently serving as EDI Manager at Ease since September 2020, where prior roles included EDI Tech Lead and Sr. EDI Specialist. Before this, Jacob worked as a Nurse Recruiter at Ventura Medstaff, facilitating staffing for hospitals domestically and partnering internationally, and previously at Triage Staffing, focusing on sourcing candidates within the nursing field. Earlier career roles included Student Recruiter and Background Investigator at Werner Enterprises, where compliance with DOT regulations was a key responsibility, and Communications Specialist at Air Methods, managing high-pressure communications for flight operations. Jacob began the professional journey at DiVentures as Training Coordinator/Sales Associate and holds an Associate's degree in Fire and Applied Science from Metropolitan Community College.
