Maxim Castelino

Maxim Castelino has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and utilities industries. Maxim is currently working as the Director of Utilities at Actalent since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Utilities LOB- North America at EASi from 2018. From 2010 to 2017, they held several positions at EASi LLC- a division of Aerotek, including Director Delivery- Engineering Services and Director of Delivery Operations- North America. Before joining EASi, they worked at Shaw Pipeline Services as the Global Operations and Production Manager from 2008 to 2010. Maxim has also held various leadership positions at EASi (Division of Allegis Group) from 1995 to 2008, including Vice President, Global Engineering Operations, VP Engineering, Technical Director, Project Manager, and Product Design Engineer. Throughout their career, Maxim has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic solutions, managing operations, and delivering value-driven services to customers in the engineering and utilities sectors.

Maxim Castelino completed their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York between 1993 and 1995. In 2003, they pursued a Certificate in Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Mapping from Michigan State University, though the end year is not specified.
