Samantha Lind

Samantha Lind has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2013, they started their career at UKCP as a Complaints and Conduct Officer, and later transitioned to becoming a Case Manager. Samantha then joined the Financial Ombudsman Service in 2018 as an Adjudicator. Moving forward, they joined Flux in 2019 and held various positions such as Customer Operations Lead, Customer Lead, and eventually became the Head of Customer. Samantha is currently working as a Frontend Engineer at Easol, starting in 2022.

Samantha Lind obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient History from Macquarie University, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Samantha then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in the field of Politics of Population, Migration, and Ecology from Birkbeck, University of London. This degree was obtained from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Samantha obtained several certifications. Samantha completed certifications in React Development, Front End Development, Responsive Web Development, and SheCodes Basics from SheCodes in August and September 2022. Prior to that, in June 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified Ethical Emerging Technologist (CEET) from CertNexus.
