Toyia Williams is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in program management, operations, and client services. Currently serving as the Program & Operations Director at Empowered Parents in Community since June 2022, Toyia organizes and promotes parenting programs focused on education equity and advocacy while managing strategic timelines and program evaluations. As an Account Executive at eAssist Dental Billing since January 2014, Toyia implements effective billing systems to enhance collections and client profitability.
