Joanne Lowe

Joanne Lowe is an experienced healthcare and community outreach professional with a diverse background in coordinating care services and managing administrative functions. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator at the East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging since February 2020, Joanne assists individuals and families in accessing treatment options and services. Previous roles include Office Manager at the Herald and Tribune, where responsibilities encompassed customer relations and order management, and Community Outreach Coordinator/Medicare Counselor for the Aging Commission of the Mid-South, focusing on outreach to older adults and adults with disabilities. Joanne also held the position of Staffing Supervisor at Senior Services/Meritan, where efforts were directed towards compliance and community representation. As the former Owner/Operator of Arcadia Health Care, expertise in home health care staffing management and regulatory compliance was developed. Joanne holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The University of Memphis.
