Rod Siu is an experienced Associate at Pacific Investments since January 2014, specializing in the analysis of commercial real estate investment opportunities and performance modeling, as well as compliance with 1031 tax deferred exchange requirements. Prior to this role, Rod served as an intern where responsibilities included monitoring delinquent accounts and reconciling customer balances.
