Kaitlin Ostlie has a strong background in grant management, philanthropy, and nonprofit administration. With experience working with organizations dedicated to promoting global citizenship, supporting Black-, Indigenous-, and people of color-led efforts, and strengthening cross-cultural connections between different communities. Kaitlin has managed grant processes, provided high-level administrative support, and served as a liaison with donor-advised funds. Additionally, Kaitlin has presented at national conferences and played a key role in grant-making policies and procedures. With a Master of Public Affairs degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, Kaitlin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organizations Kaitlin works with.
