Katerine Averhoff

Katerine Averhoff is an experienced professional in the field of supported employment and community services for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Supported Employment Services and Assistant Director of Supported Living Services at East Bay Innovations since 2018, Katerine actively manages the daily lives of individuals by assisting with fundamental life decisions and ensuring their well-being. Previously, Katerine worked as a Community Support Facilitator at Hope Services from 2016 to 2018, advocating for and coaching individuals to achieve their personal objectives. Katerine's earlier experience at Rodgers Consulting Services as an Independent Living Skills Trainer involved providing comprehensive training to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on essential skills for independent living. Katerine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Jose State University.
