Kaitlyn Hill

Kaitlyn Hill is an experienced lifeguard and swim instructor currently working at East Bay Regional Park District since April 2018, where responsibilities include maintaining safety and skill development. Previous roles include sales associate positions at Bath & Body Works and Vans, and Crumbl Cookies crew member, showcasing strong customer service skills. Additionally, Kaitlyn served as a junior swim coach at Brentwood Dolphin Swim Club, where responsibilities included implementing swimming techniques for youth swimmers. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from ASU New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, completed in May 2023.
