East Bay SPCA
Blair Biddle is currently the Vice President of Finance at East Bay SPCA, with previous experience as the Chief Financial Officer at Triple Aught Design. Prior to that, Blair held various finance and leadership roles at companies such as Tehiyah Day School, Corsair, Kendo Brands, Inc., Safeway, and Kaiser Permanente IT. Blair holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine and a BS in Business Administration from California State University-Long Beach.

The East Bay SPCA has been saving lost and abandoned animals since 1874. We are an independent, nonprofit organization serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We operate two Adoption and Education Centers, two Spay/Neuter Surgery Centers and a full-service Veterinary Clinic. Thanks to all of our donors and supporters who make our lifesaving work possible!
