Hollis Graham

AVP, Strategy, Innovation & Transformation at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center

Hollis Graham leads the EBNHC Strategy, Project Management Office and Communications departments. Within strategy and project management, Hollis oversees the strategic direction of the organization and the management of the project portfolio. Additionally, she oversees corporate Communications, which includes Marketing, Public Relations, and Community Engagement. Hollis joined EBNHC in 2010 and has held several roles over her career at EBNHC. She has held progressive roles at Senior Care Options (SCO) and Program of All Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) that span direct patient care, operations management, strategic planning, and execution.

Prior to her healthcare career at EBNHC, Hollis held a project management role in the field of genetic engineering at Charles River Laboratories. She led preclinical research projects with operational and leadership accountabilities to provide strategic direction and scientific guidance for multi-year, multi-phased projects.

Hollis is triple Bachelors prepared, holding degrees from Boston University in Biology and Education as well as her Nursing Degree from Curry College. She has completed the Mass League of Community Health Center Management Certificate Program with Suffolk University as well as obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, which is a process improvement methodology.
