Stephen C. Fraser

Stephen Fraser is EBNHC’s Vice President of Campus Operations. Steve oversees the 20+ various properties owned or leased by the health center and is responsible for new development and renovation projects along with overseeing the Facilities Department. Steve has more than 30 years of asset management and development experience with health-related facilities, including prior work for EBNHC in the 1980s, when he helped renovate the abandoned Lyman School into the health center’s first PACE facility. Steve received a BA in urban studies from Colgate University and attended Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.
