Peter Francia

Peter Francia is a highly experienced academic currently serving as the Director of the Center for Survey Research and holding professorships at East Carolina University since August 2004. Prior to this role, Peter Francia was an Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Maryland from 2001 to 2004. Peter Francia earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland between 1996 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Rochester from 1992 to 1996.
