Rick Huerta

Rick Huerta currently serves as the VP and Chief Financial Officer at East County Schools Federal Credit Union since April 2025. Extensive experience also includes a role as EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Neighborhood National Bank and a financial analyst position at FPA Medical Management. Rick's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from San Diego State University and further studies at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
