Michelle Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in local government operations, currently serving as Contract Manager for Customer Services Revs and Bens at Havant Borough Council since May 2023. With a career spanning from 2007 to the present at both Havant Borough Council and East Hampshire District Council, Michelle has held various roles including Operations Manager for a new Teckal company, Project Manager for a CRM initiative, and Parking and Enforcement Manager.
