Gabby Vélez

Gabby Vélez is a dedicated educator and community leader with extensive experience in youth sports and education. Currently serving as Lead Educator at East Harlem Tutorial Program and Content Creator for Little Justice Leaders, Gabby also founded Reinas Baseball, a grassroots organization aimed at promoting diversity in girls' baseball. With a strong focus on inclusivity, Gabby has successfully coordinated fundraising efforts, securing over $10,000 for the organization’s national tournament debut. Past experience includes roles with the New York Mets as a Ball Attendant and with DREAM where Gabby supervised operations and coached high school and college students. Gabby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from John Jay College (CUNY) and studied at the Saint Louis University Madrid Campus.
