Julie Rowe

Julie Rowe is an experienced educator and administrator currently working as the Associate Principal of School Improvement at East Liverpool City Schools since August 1987. Julie also serves as the Director of Curriculum and School Improvement at the same organization. With a Master's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor's degree from West Liberty University, Julie has played a vital role in facilitating district and building leadership meetings, coaching teacher teams, and leading professional development sessions. Julie is an integral part of the Ohio Improvement Process and serves as the District's CCP Verifier.
