David Pearson

David Pearson is an experienced professional in partnership development and international trade, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships and Membership Services at East Midlands Chamber since September 2015. In this role, David is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships both domestically and internationally while leading a membership team to enhance the Chamber's long-term sustainable membership base. Previously, David headed the International Trade service at East Midlands Chamber, managing a team dedicated to supporting exporters with comprehensive services. Prior experience includes roles as a Director at Endways Ltd, and multiple leadership positions at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where David focused on commercial banking and international development for SMEs. David holds an Associate degree from the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has cultivated extensive expertise in financial management, relationship building, and trade support throughout a career spanning several decades.
