Hollie Vugrinovich

Hollie Vugrinovich is currently the Head of Partnerships at Notable. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director, Sales, Marketing, & Client Management at Advisory Board, a division of Optum from November 2017 to October 2020. Hollie has also worked for The Advisory Board Company from June 2009 to October 2020 as the Managing Director, Sales, Marketing, and Client Management. In this role, they worked alongside healthcare executives globally to support them on their most pressing strategic challenges through best practices research, technology, and advisory services. Hollie's areas of focus included health system growth, consumer engagement, patient and staff experience, population health, clinical operations, and digital. From June 2005 to April 2009, Hollie worked as the Account Director, Leadership Academies Member Services at CEB (now Gartner). In this role, they worked with brilliant leaders to launch a new executive education business focused on high potential senior staff. Hollie personally led the services and operations team supporting and growing relationships with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal executives at Fortune 500 companies.

Hollie Vugrinovich holds a BSBA in Marketing and a BA in French Language and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh. Hollie has also completed certificates in International Business, Western European Studies, and Global Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Hollie Vugrinovich has participated in the AES Study Abroad Program through Nantes Université. Hollie has also completed a study abroad program in the Pacific Rim Voyage through Semester At Sea / ISE.

Hollie Vugrinovich reports to Pranay Kapadia, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jelena Kovac Kolicich - Head of Finance, Adam Ting - Co-Founder & CPO, and Matt Serna - Head of Marketing. Brad Haas - Managing Director, Partnerships, Caroline Leone - Executive Director, Partnerships, and Kurt Federer - Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships report to Hollie Vugrinovich.
