Shannon Miller

Shannon Miller, MBA, serves as a Business and Marketing Instructor at East Mississippi Community College since August 2019, following a tenure as a Special Education Teacher in the Starkville Public School District from August 2015 to July 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Sanctuary Hospice as a Community Relations Representative and various marketing positions at ServiceMaster, where Shannon held significant leadership as Director of YPMG Digital Services and YPMG Marketing Operations. Shannon’s marketing expertise is further demonstrated through earlier roles at TruGreen, where responsibilities ranged from managing marketing programs to establishing the telecommunications department, and as an Account Supervisor at TMP Directional Marketing, managing substantial Yellow Pages programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Business Administration from Belhaven University and a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
