Joey Ranney

Joseph Ranney is an experienced project manager and business development leader with a focus on acquisitions and divestments at Equinor since July 2017. With a rich background in managing commercial and valuation work streams, Joseph has successfully led notable projects including divestments of King Lear and Tommeliten Alpha, as well as the acquisition of Roncador. Prior to Equinor, experience at Statoil included roles as a Senior Business Development Analyst and M&A Analyst, contributing to corporate strategy and financial management. Joseph holds dual MSc degrees in Mineral and Energy Economics and Petroleum Economics and Management, along with a BA in Economics and a BS in Mathematics, both earned with Cum Laude honors at the University of Colorado Denver.
