Kelsey Stone

Kelsey Stone is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources and management analysis. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist in Training & Engagement at East River Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. since March 2023, Kelsey previously held various roles, including Senior Management Analyst and Management Analyst at the City of Poway.
