Elyse Mendel

Elyse Mendel is a seasoned professional in career services and emotional development. Currently serving as a Social Therapeutics Life Coach at the East Side Institute, Elyse co-leads emotional development groups that encourage participants to explore and express their diverse backgrounds and emotions. Previously, Elyse held various leadership roles at Baruch College, including Director of Graduate Career Services at the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive career programs for graduate students. Additionally, Elyse established career services for the School of Public Affairs and provided job placement counseling at LaGuardia Community College. Elyse holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Economics, and Society from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
