Prasad Jandhyala has a diverse work experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. Prasad is currently serving as the Vice President - Sales & BD at East West Assist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this, from April 2018 to July 2020, they worked as the Vice President - Insurance Customer Success at i3systems India. Before that, they held the position of General Manager, Corporate Relations at MDIndia Healthcare Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd. from July 2016 to March 2018. Prasad also has experience working as AVP - Corporate Business at Howden Insurance Brokers India Prive Ltd from March 2014 to June 2016, and as VP - Business Development & Customer Service at Paramount Health Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd. from March 2010 to March 2014. Their earlier experience includes working as a Regional Manager at Medi Assist India Pvt Ltd from 2004 to 2010.

Prasad Jandhyala obtained their Bachelor's degree from Osmania University, where they studied Botony, Zoology, and Chemistry from 1983 to 1986. In 2007, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for a Management Development Program (MDP) with a focus on enhancing sales force performance. In 2016, they furthered their education by attending the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore for another MDP, specializing in digital and social media marketing and analytics.
