Brenda Wang

Brenda Wang is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate banking. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Hong Kong Branch and Managing Director of Corporate Banking at East West Bank since March 2018, Brenda has previously held the position of Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibility included heading China Corporate for South and West China from July 2015 to February 2018. Earlier career experiences include serving as Director and Head of Corporate Banking for South and West China at Citi from September 2005 to July 2015, and as Senior Relationship Manager and Deputy Head of Corporate Banking at China Merchants Bank from July 1999 to August 2005. Brenda holds a Master of Finance in International Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science, both from Wuhan University, achieved between 1992 and 1999.
