Che Lai Chang

Che Lai Chang is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at East West Bank since October 2011, Che has held several key positions including Senior Vice President, Director of Commercial Banking, and First Vice President, Team Manager. Prior experience at HSBC Bank USA from August 2001 to October 2011 includes roles such as VP, Relationship Manager, and AVP, Relationship Manager, contributing significantly to the New York Commercial Banking Team. Che's accomplishments have been recognized with multiple awards at HSBC, including the Leadership Development Experience in 2008, the Next Generation of Women Leaders in 2009, and the President's Diversity Ambassador Award in 2010, along with Business Partner of the Year and Relationship Manager of the Year awards in 2006 and 2007, respectively. Che holds an MBA in Financial Management and a BBA in Finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
