Maytal Shainberg

Maytal Shainberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and leadership roles across various industries. Since July 2020, Maytal has served as a Founding Member of the LA Chapter of Chief, an organization dedicated to empowering women in leadership. Currently, Maytal holds the position of Managing Director at East West Bank, a role undertaken since April 2020. Prior to this, Maytal was the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Origination at FastPay from June 2015 to April 2020, leading the originations team for the company’s lending business. Maytal’s career also includes significant positions at Onswipe, Inc. Magazine, IDG TechNetwork, and ad pepper media. Maytal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Judaic Studies from Yeshiva University.
