Michael Winters

Michael Winters is a seasoned Contracts Manager with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving at East West Bank since 2021, Michael previously held the same title at Union Bank from 2010 to 2021, and at IBM from 1999 to 2010. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Muhlenberg College and an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
