Rashi Kapur

Rashi Kapur is a seasoned professional in risk management and business consulting, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of First Line Risk Management at East West Bank since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rashi held various positions at EY from January 2015 to October 2023, including Senior Manager in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk. Experience also includes a tenure at Bank of the West as AVP of Operational Risk Management, along with several auditing roles at Freddie Mac, JPMorgan Chase, Washington Mutual Card Services, and Key Bank. Rashi holds an MBA in Finance and Global Sales Management from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Welcomgroup School of Hotel Administration.
