Ted LaBoube is an accomplished GIS professional with extensive experience in managing geographic information systems and supporting environmental planning initiatives. Currently serving as GIS Manager at East-West Gateway Council of Governments since November 2011, Ted previously held roles including GIS Planner II and Assistant Environmental Planner at Burns & McDonnell, where responsibilities included collecting and analyzing land use and environmental data for impact assessments. Earlier experience includes providing GIS support at Saint Louis University, where Ted developed various governmental and private sector projects and produced health indicator maps. Ted holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Affairs from Saint Louis University.
