Albana Qinami

Albana Qinami serves as a Backlog Reduction Officer at the East-West Management Institute since April 2021, focusing on reducing case backlog and improving efficiency within the High Court of Albania, a project supported by the US DOS Bureau of International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Affairs. Prior experience includes a similar role at USAID from August 2020 to April 2021, and a self-employed tenure as a lawyer from September 2016 to August 2020. Albana Qinami completed an internship at Gjykata Administrative e Apelit from February 2014 to September 2016 and worked as an Attorney at Law at Studio Legale from November 2013 to September 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Law from Shkolla Kombetare e Avokatise, ongoing since 2014, a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tirana (2009-2012), and a Master of Science in Civil Law from Universiteti i Tiranës (2012-2014).
