Dominic S. has extensive experience in managing Data Protection and Freedom of Information functions, including publication schemes. Dominic has a background in handling complex requests and serving as the point of contact for sign off on the use of FOI and EIR exemptions/exceptions. Dominic S. has worked at the East West Railway Company as an Information Governance Manager and currently holds the role of Information Rights and Access Manager. Prior to this, Dominic worked at the Southend-on-Sea City Council in various roles, including as an Information Performance Officer, Knowledge Support Officer, SEN Case Officer, and Cover Supervision HLTA.
