Jordan Kincaid

Jordan Kincaid has been with East West Urban Management since 2008. Jordan began her long-term career in the property management business in 1997 in Breckenridge, Colorado specializing in association management and vacation rentals. Jordan joined the Breckenridge Resort Chamber Ambassadors, an organization consisting of business leaders who are committed to giving back to the community through promoting the town, in 2000 and held the position of President for two consecutive terms. She has also served a 3-year term on the CAI Rocky Mountain Chapter Board and continues to be heavily involved in this professional organization. Jordan currently holds the professional designations of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Association Institute and is working to obtain her Colorado Real Estate license.
