Cathlea Barote is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Group Head of Talent at East-West Seed since May 2018, Cathlea has previously held significant positions at Avon, including Executive Director of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region, and at Baxter International Inc. as Senior Manager of Talent Management for Southeast Asia. Other notable roles include Group HR and Admin Manager at Kuok Group, Human Resources Manager at Lexmark, and HR Account Manager at San Miguel Corporation. Cathlea started a career at Monterey Farms as a Personnel Specialist. An alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas, Cathlea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences, graduating Cum Laude.
