Group Head- Sustainability And EHS at East-West Seed

Sucheta Ramprakash currently serves as the Group Head of Sustainability and EHS at East-West Seed, where efforts include conducting double materiality assessments and developing sustainability strategies through leadership engagement. Prior to this, Sucheta held multiple roles at VF Corporation, including General Manager for APAC, managing social and environmental compliance for over 800 suppliers and leading responsible sourcing initiatives across various regions. Earlier experiences include serving as Senior Compliance Officer at PVH Corp. and Senior Auditor at Intertek, focusing on social compliance audits. Sucheta began a career in environmental engineering as an Environmental Engineer with both Salarpuria Sattva and ETA Group of Companies. Sucheta holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology.
