Mia Andrews

Mia Andrews has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent roles being Executive Vice President of Human Resources at both EastBanc and EastBanc Technologies since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as part of the Global Human Resources team at Clearwater Analytics from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Mia served as the Global Human Resources Leader at DXC Technology. Mia also held the position of Global Human Resources Director at CSC from 2013 to 2017, where they provided guidance and support in aligning people-related matters with corporate business objectives. Mia began their career as a Strategy Consultant at IBM from 2004 to 2013 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at KPMG from 1999 to 2004.

Mia Andrews has a minor in Art History from The George Washington University. Mia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the same institution. Additionally, they studied Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
