David Craine

David Craine has extensive experience in the real estate industry. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Asset Management at EastBanc since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Acquisitions at Federal Realty Investment Trust from July 2016 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as an Investment Analyst at Madison Marquette from June 2014 to July 2016, a Financial Analyst at Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate from June 2012 to June 2014, and an Assistant Property Manager at both Kimco Realty Corporation from June 2010 to June 2012 and Manekin, LLC from June 2008 to June 2010.

David Craine attended the Friends School of Baltimore for an unspecified period, where they did not receive a degree in any specific field of study. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Bryant University, from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, David earned a Master of Science (MS) In Real Estate and Infrastructure, specializing in Real Estate, from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, completing their studies between 2015 and 2017.
