Elaine Melia is an experienced healthcare and sports rehabilitation professional, currently serving as the Band 7 Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation Team Lead at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust since February 2020, focusing on creating personalized exercise circuits for cardiac patients. Simultaneously, Elaine holds the role of Seafront Supervisor at Eastbourne Borough Council, managing a team and coordinating operations for a live music venue. Previous roles include Assistant Practitioner at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, where Elaine managed a patient caseload and contributed to the COVID-19 vaccination program, and various positions in cardiac rehabilitation and exercise instruction across multiple organizations.
