Aimee Florin serves as General Counsel at Eastdil Secured since March 2020, focusing on Employment Law, Data Privacy, Information Security, Contract Oversight, and Talent Management. Prior to this, Aimee was Associate General Counsel at Citi from January 2010 to February 2020, where responsibilities included advising on employment matters within the Institutional Clients Group. Aimee began a legal career at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, progressing from Associate to Partner between September 1995 and January 2010, concentrating on various employment issues. Aimee holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
