Ben Delange

Ben DeLange is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President of the BYU Real Estate Association since January 2023. Previously, Ben completed a summer internship at Eastdil Secured where top-tier underwriting skills were developed, with significant contributions to a broker's valuation of a $350M+ asset and the creation of multiple Argus models. As a Development Analyst Intern at ICO Group, Ben played a key role in redesigning financial models for industrial and office projects while conducting market research and cost-saving analyses. Additional experience includes a brief stint as a Global Supply Chain Intern at Namify and participation in BYU Real Estate Case Competitions, focusing on complex financial analyses and property underwriting. Ben's foundational work experience includes a role as a General Construction Worker at PeopleReady. Education includes ongoing studies at Brigham Young University, with an anticipated graduation in 2024.
