Umair Raza Naqvi is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Independent Board Member for Al Waha Real Estate Fund, a mixed-use development project in Al Ahsa, KSA, since May 2023. Umair holds the position of Managing Director at Eastdil Secured since October 2019, following a significant tenure at Wells Fargo from November 2012 to September 2019, where roles included Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of SWF Coverage. Prior experience encompasses an Executive Director role at Morgan Stanley in Global Capital Markets within MENA, leadership at BNP Paribas as Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives for MENASA, and a position at Credit Suisse First Boston in Equity & Equity-Linked Capital Markets.
