AVP Adult and Community Programs at Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain

Jill Terry has a strong and diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jill currently works at Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain as the AVP Adult and Community Programs, where they lead a program that supports adults with disabilities and brain injuries. Jill is also an advocate for adults with developmental disabilities and has received accreditation for the program.

Prior to their current role, Jill held consulting and advising roles for various organizations, where they provided strategic consulting for non-profit, social sector, and higher education clients. Jill also worked at Colorado State University as the Assistant Dean, Graduate and Executive Programs, where they led a restructuring of the Graduate Programs staffing and achieved revenue growth through new enrollments and partnerships. Jill also served as the Director of the Denver Executive MBA Program, where they recruited executives and developed international educational programming.

Before joining Colorado State University, Jill worked at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as the Assistant Dean, Masters Programs, where they led a portfolio of MBA and master's programs and developed partnerships with organizations for student internship placements. Jill also worked at Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado at Boulder, as the Executive Director of MBA and Executive Programs, where they increased applications and enrollments and generated revenue through customized programs and corporate partnerships.

Jill began their career at the University of Washington as the Director of Executive MBA Programs.

Jill Terry's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Montana State University Billings. Jill also completed an Executive Energy Leadership Program at the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL). Currently, their education is ongoing as they pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado Boulder.
