Sydney Grimaldi

Sydney Grimaldi is an experienced American Sign Language Interpreter and Lead Employment Specialist, currently working at SydSignLanguage and Easterseals New Jersey, respectively. In the role at SydSignLanguage, Sydney facilitates communication between Deaf and hearing participants, ensuring effective understanding and serving as a cultural mediator. At Easterseals New Jersey, Sydney leads efforts to assist Deaf and Blind individuals with job readiness and placement, drawing from previous experience as an Employment Specialist and Technical Recruiter. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sign Language Interpretation and Translation from LaGuardia Community College and an Associate of Science in American Sign Language from UCNJ Union College, along with additional coursework at Gallaudet University.
