Allison Marino

Ms. Marino serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Easterly Government Properties.

Ms. Marino oversees all accounting activities and assumes direct responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information provided to internal and external parties.

Ms. Marino has over 15 years of progressive accounting experience, with more than 10 years focused on the commercial real estate and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Easterly, Ms. Marino was Vice President and Corporate Controller for Carr Properties, a DC-focused office REIT, where she oversaw accounting, lease administration, and accounts payable for a portfolio with $4 billion in assets. Before Carr, Ms. Marino was part of the Financial Reporting & Analysis team at Marriott International and previously held accounting roles at Logik Systems and Ernst & Young.

Ms. Marino earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina and her BSBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Marino is also a licensed CPA.
