Derrick Boegner

Mr. Boegner serves as Vice President – Asset Management for Easterly Government Properties.

Mr. Boegner is responsible for asset management of the firm’s portfolio, including managing the financial performance of the assets, property operations, leasing, capital planning and investment, and tenant satisfaction. Mr. Boegner has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience including asset management, acquisitions, build-to-suits, datacenters, leasing, and corporate real estate. Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Boegner was a Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Corporate Office Properties Trust, where he was involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $900M. Prior to COPT, Mr. Boegner was a Director of Real Estate for Titan Corporation, a publicly traded federal contractor headquartered in San Diego, CA, where he was responsible for a 2.1M square foot portfolio with facilities located in 29 states.

Mr. Boegner received his MBA from California State University, San Marcos, and a BS from the University of Southern California.
